About the Practice This is a thriving private practice group based in the Dallas vicinity, specializing in high-efficiency gastrointestinal (GI) anesthesia. Opportunity An established private practice is seeking Experienced CRNAs for an autonomous role with maximum flexibility. Whether you are looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, or Locum work, this position offers a rare level of freedom. The schedule is designed for those who value their afternoons: you start at 8:00 AM and are typically finished by 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. With an average day lasting only 6 hours , this is a premier opportunity to maximize your income while enjoying no call, no nights, and no weekends . Responsibilities Provide autonomous anesthesia services primarily for GI cases in an outpatient setting. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and manage patient sedation throughout the procedure. Monitor patient vitals intraoperatively and oversee safe recovery and emergence. Collaborate with the gastroenterology team to maintain an efficient procedural schedule. Maintain high standards of documentation and patient safety. Coverage: 4-5 days per week depending on your preferred status. Qualifications Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA. Valid Registered Nurse license and APRN recognition in the state of Texas . Experience Requirement: This role is for Experienced CRNAs only . Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced GI environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
