The **Reuse & AOP Treatment Specialist** will play a key role in driving the growth of Xylem's water reuse and Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) solutions across North America. This individual will serve as a technical subject matter expert, partnering closely with sales, product management, and external stakeholders to expand market presence, influence industry adoption, and support solution design. This role is ideal for a highly technical, market-oriented professional who can bridge engineering expertise with commercial impact. **Key Responsibilities** + Serve as the **subject matter expert** for water reuse and AOP applications, supporting business growth across North America + Partner with the **sales team and channel partners** to provide technical guidance, solution support, and application expertise + Support **solution design and system optimization** for advanced oxidation and water reuse applications + Analyze **market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape** to guide strategy and opportunity development + Build relationships within **engineering, regulatory, and industry communities** to strengthen brand presence and influence adoption + Collaborate with **product management and marketing** to shape product strategy and align offerings with market needs + Represent Xylem at **industry conferences, presentations, and thought leadership forums** (e.g., white papers, case studies) + Contribute to the development of **technical content and market-facing materials** to support growth initiatives + Operate as a **self-directed leader** , managing priorities and driving initiatives with minimal oversight **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field + Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred + 5+ years of experience in **water and wastewater treatment** , with a focus on **water reuse** + Strong knowledge of **advanced oxidation processes (AOP)** , including ozone and related treatment technologies + Experience supporting **technical sales, applications engineering, or market development** initiatives + Familiarity with **ERP/CRM systems** (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business tools + Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder influence skills + Ability to **translate complex technical concepts into practical, customer-facing solutions** **Xylem does not provide sponsorship for this role.** **Why Xylem?** We believe in supporting our employees both professionally and personally.
