PIH Health Medication Management Clinic is located off site from the main PIH Health Whittier Hospital, located only 12 miles southeast of Los Angeles, CA. The clinic is a subspecialty providing care focused on chronic disease management care in collaboration with the primary care providers and specialists with group and affiliated providers. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
