Our client is seeking a Medical Director for its Child & Adolescent Psychiatry services. This will be a Full time, hybrid role designed for clinicians who want to contribute at a leadership level while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.This opportunity is structured for psychiatrists who value improvement, and providing holistic, evidenced-based care for children and their families. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Advanced Practice Providers within North Carolina collaborative practice guidelinesProvide consultation on complex pediatric behavioral health casesParticipate in chart review and quality oversight initiativesMentor and supervise psychiatric advanced practice providersHelp shape clinical standards and best practices within the organizationWork collaboratively with chief quality officer and medical director of adult psychiatry services Ideal Candidate Board-certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or working toward meeting criteria for eligibilityActive North Carolina medical license and unrestricted DEA registrationInterest in mentorship, clinical oversight, and collaborative leadershipDesire for meaningful professional engagement
