Pharmacist, Inpatient- PRN

**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** Rotating Shift **Description:** **Job Title:** Pharmacist **Employment Type:** Per Diem **Shift:** PRN per department needs. This position has a minimum scheduling requirement of one weekend every 4 weeks and 2-3 holidays/year. There is also the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as they are available. The candidate must maintain a current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania. Hospital experience preferred. **Location:** Nazareth Hospital - Philadelphia, PA **Position Purpose** The pharmacist will be responsible for all medication verification/distribution and clinical activities. The candidate should also have knowledge of automated medication distribution systems, USP 797 and the ability to prepare intravenous medication utilizing aseptic technique. The successful candidate should possess good communication skills, including the ability to interact successfully with other colleagues to ensure efficient and safe distribution of medications.
