What we offer you: * Eligible for up to 30% incentive based on performance * Flexible scheduling * Cutting edge technology to enhance the lives of our residents and make your job easier and more effective. * SafelyYou - AI video technology that detects and prevent falls * Advanced EHR Technologies - automated care assessments eliminating busy work, helping you deliver better care * Sage - Improve call light response time and improvement to service and care * Microsoft Power BI - one stop for all data needs * Company support for educational and learning opportunities * Paid referral programs for Team Member and Resident referrals * Medical, dental, vision, and life/disability insurances* * 401k retirement savings offering a discretionary match determined each year based on company performance * Employee Assistance Program * Dependent Care and FSA saving accounts * PTO available day one * Paid Training * Benefit eligibility dependent on employment status Eligibility based on location Senior Living Executive Director Responsibilities include: * The Executive Director serves as the community leader and is responsible for the financial, human resource and operations management of the community. * Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care. * Supervises and assists in provision of all Resident services, including the coordination of those provided by independently contracted ancillary health care providers as requested by Residents and families. * Supervision of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining Community Team Members. * Assists with the development and implements sales/marketing plans with the Director of Sales and the Sales team to accomplish occupancy targets. * Coordinates maintenance standards of the Community, Resident units, common areas and adjacent grounds with the Maintenance Director, according to the Company policy and state requirements. * Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures. * Operates with resources provided, assures income and expenses are controlled using annual budget projections. Qualifications: * High school diploma required. College credits or degree preferred. * RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (required in some states) * Must satisfy state experience requirements to include licensure or credentials to run a senior living community. * Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred. A minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required.
