Regional Director of Clinical Services

Healthcare Nursing Center - Regional Director of Clinical Services (Skilled Nursing) We are conducting a search for a Regional Director of Clinical Services to oversee and support the clinical operations of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This leadership role ensures excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical outcomes across the region. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance to facility Directors of Nursing and clinical teams. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations, as well as company policies and standards. Monitor clinical performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans for improvement. Support recruitment, training, and development of nursing leadership staff. Lead and assist with survey readiness and manage responses to any deficiencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and enhance quality of care. Travel regularly to assigned facilities to provide on-site support and coaching. Qualifications: Licensed RN (required) with an active, unencumbered nursing license. Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care/rehab, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site role. In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, CMS regulations, and survey processes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to travel regionally as required.
