CT Technologist

Workfit Staffing is looking for a CT Technologist. The CT Technologist should have the ability to empathize with patients, specialized technical skills, and dedication to quality, greatly enhances the overall success of imaging.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Patient Care - Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs.• Documentation - Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures, document performance of studies in patient charts.• Daily Maintenance - Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare rooms.Qualifications:• Two year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent.NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment.
