Travel RN - Cardiac Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Telemetry (5C) night shift position requiring an active IL RN license and a minimum of one year of nursing experience.Job Details• Cardiac telemetry unit (5C) in a hospital setting,• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM,• 36 hours per week,• Epic EMR - experience required,Job Requirements• Active IL RN license in good standing (temp license accepted),• BLS certification (American Heart Association),• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience,• Epic EMR experience required,• Level 1 Trauma experience required,• ASN required; BSN preferred,• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility - local candidates are not eligible,Additional Information• Completes patient admissions assessments and develops individualized plans of care,• Continuously evaluates and modifies care plans based on patient and family needs,• Maintains accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation to support the healthcare team,• RTO not to exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract,• Contingent workers may not remain on assignment for more than 1 continuous year at this health system; a 6-month break in service is required before returning to any location within the system
