American Traveler is hiring a Cardiovascular Invasive RN with a minimum of 3 years of experience and Epic EMR proficiency for a 4x10 day shift contract.Job Details• Cardiovascular Invasive unit in an acute care hospital setting,• 4x10 hour day shifts,• 40 hours per week,Job Requirements• Minimum 3 years of applicable cardiovascular invasive nursing experience,• Active IL RN license in good standing (temp license accepted); license required if applicable,• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required,• ASN required; BSN preferred,• Epic EMR experience required,• Level 1 Trauma experience required,• Fluency in English (speak, read, write),• Basic computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser,Additional Information• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team,• Coordinates patient care from admission to discharge and advocates for patients in collaboration with physicians and team members,• Performs bedside lab testing and associated quality control in compliance with provider orders and hospital procedures,• Demonstrates professional accountability through ongoing self-development, evidence-based practice, and clinical knowledge sharing,• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,• RTO may not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract,• Candidates who have been on assignment at any Carle Health location for 1 year must take a 6-month break before returning
