Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. (Client requires RRT; CRT not acceptable.)Current Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in good standing prior to start.BLS certification from the American Heart Association only, required prior to start.Minimum one year of experience as an RRT preferred. Client notes must-have experience in acute care hospital settings.Experience with Epic, Pyxis, and standard hospital network access preferred.Ability to meet physical requirements: sit, stand, stoop, bend, ambulate intermittently, and lift up to 25 pounds.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Mid Shift.Shift Details: Evenings, 32 hours per week, 3:00pm-11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday.Primary Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist.Must hold Ohio license and RRT credentials prior to start.Required certifications: BLS (AHA) prior to start.Clinical systems used: Epic and Pyxis access required.Location HighlightsLocated in Cleveland, OH, clinicians will find urban and lakeside lifestyle options within short drives.
