Role: MEDITECH Expanse Analyst - Advanced ClinicalsClassification: ContractContract Length: 12+ monthsLocation: Remote Position Summary The MEDITECH Expanse Analyst, Advanced Clinicals will serve as a key member of CereCore's consulting delivery team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and support of MEDITECH Expanse Advanced Clinicals applications across multiple clinical and medication-related workflows. This role is focused on the implementation, optimization, and support of MEDITECH Advanced Clinicals modules, with emphasis on a strong cross-functional combination of Order Management (OM), E-RX (e-Prescribe), Patient Care System (PCS), Provider Attestation/Patient Documentation (PAPD), and Pharmacy (PHA). This analyst will collaborate with clinical stakeholders, providers, pharmacy teams, and IT teams to design and validate workflows that improve patient care, safety, and efficiency during facility transitions. Success in this role requires deep MEDITECH knowledge, strong workflow design experience, and the ability to serve as a consultative partner in driving clinical adoption and process improvement across integrated Advanced Clinicals and medication management workflows within Expanse. ResponsibilitiesSupport the installation, configuration, and implementation of MEDITECH Advanced Clinicals modules, with a focus on Expanse OM, E-RX (e-Prescribe), PCS, PAPD, and PHA workflows. Advise clients on optimal MEDITECH workflows and system functions, applying professional knowledge to improve efficiency and patient care.Collaborate with clinicians, providers, pharmacy stakeholders, nursing leadership, and IT teams to gather feedback and drive process improvements aligned with project objectives.Design, build, validate, and optimize integrated workflows spanning provider order entry, medication reconciliation, e-prescribing, clinical documentation, patient care, and pharmacy-related functionality within Expanse.Develop and maintain documentation, testing scripts, and project deliverables for internal and external use.Provide peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and training to colleagues and client teams.Facilitate client communication regarding project best practices, timelines, risks, and issue mitigation.Monitor deliverables for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.Contribute to project planning, including statement of work development and strategic discussions with clients.Incorporate lessons learned into project methodologies to promote continuous improvement.Support workflow integration and handoffs between clinical, provider, and pharmacy teams to ensure safe, efficient medication and documentation processes.Participate in build review, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization efforts related to Advanced Clinicals and medication management workflows. Position Requirements7+ years of experience working with MEDITECH, including significant hands-on experience within MEDITECH Expanse Advanced Clinicals applications.Demonstrated expertise across multiple Expanse modules, with a strong preferred combination of OM, E-RX (e-Prescribe), PCS, PAPD, and PHA.Experience should include designing, building, testing, and/or optimizing cross-functional clinical workflows, collaborating with providers, nursing staff, and pharmacy stakeholders, and supporting successful Expanse implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.Expert-level experience in MEDITECH Expanse with strong functional knowledge of integrated workflows between provider order entry, e-prescribing, medication reconciliation, patient care documentation, and pharmacy operations.Strong experience building workflows for medication reconciliation, transition of care (TOC), and discharge with ePrescribe.Strong understanding of end-user workflow impacts across inpatient and/or ambulatory clinical settings, especially where OM, PCS, PAPD, E-RX, and PHA intersect.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Intermediate to expert ability to work in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.Must have strong documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.Creates deliverables independently.Provides coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables.Leads in communicating requirements to development, testing, education and training teams.Strong organization skills.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.Adaptable and flexible.Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes.Respect for diversity of experience, characteristics, viewpoints, and opinions.EducationBachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare IT experience will be considered
