Job Description

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Atlantis, FL as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images for patient care.Minimum Requirements:2 years CT Tech experience.Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT.Current BLS certification.Current Florida Department of Health license.Experience working with GE CT equipment preferred.Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.Ability to respond to on-call requirements; department requires 4-6 call shifts per month.Assignment Details:Facility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Nights.Shift Hours: 1900-0730.Typical night staffing: 3-4 techs on nights, varies with volume.Call Requirements: 4-6 shifts per month (may occur on scheduled off days).Equipment: All GE imaging equipment in use.EMR: Meditech.Location HighlightsThe Atlantis, FL area offers coastal and suburban lifestyle options with proximate outdoor and cultural attractions.
