Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for their eye exams Perform pre-testing, including VA, IOP, OCT, retinal photography, and visual fields Accurately document results in the EHR system Educate patients and guide them through the testing process Assist the Optometrist during examinations Support patients with frame and lens selection as needed Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, patient-focused demeanor Interest in healthcare and eye wellness Employee Participation in Marketing Initiatives:To foster a welcoming and engaging environment for both current and prospective patients, employees are encouraged to participate in social media and marketing photos.
