FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: 1 Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8am-4pm, no weekends or holidays Job Summary: As a 340B pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the 340B Program. This opportunity offers a unique blend of pharmacy expertise, data analytics, and project management. The pharmacist will review the day-to-day operations of the 340B program, including medication procurement, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to optimize program outcomes and patient care and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure program integrity and compliance with 340B Program guidelines. The pharmacist will work with internal and external partners to develop data reporting and analytics to drive program performance and optimization. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year hospital or 3 years of other pharmacy experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy is required. Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 or specialty residency is preferred SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates effective use of computers and applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook) as appropriate to practice and communicate effectively. Active membership in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) preferred. Active membership in the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) and/or other national pharmacy organizations as approved by the Pharmacy Administration preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License is required or eligible for and must obtain within 6 months.
