Job Description

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pay- Earn up to $90,000 with bonuses About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our state-of-the-art ABA therapy center in Southeast Nashville. You will work closely with the Clinical Director to provide high-quality clinical supervision, ensure robust programming for clients, and support the professional development of staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviorsProvide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff and techniciansPromote a therapeutic environment and consider client input in treatment planningLead by example with integrity, humility, and a servant leadership mindsetConduct assessments, functional analyses, and develop behavior intervention plansParticipate in modeling activities, including ABA techniques, behavior management, and data collectionEnsure staff and family training programs are robust and effective, tracking associated KPIsStay current with ABA research and best practices and incorporate them into servicesInterface with key operational functions, including HR and compliance, for new center openings and ongoing operationsSupervise a caseload of up to 10 clientsCollaborate with other professionals and participate in monthly trainings Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACBCompleted or planning to complete the 8-hour supervision training per BACB requirementsExperience working with clients of various ages and functionality levelsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience with CentralReach preferredSelf-directed, able to manage multiple projects independentlyPassion for elevating ABA therapy and helping children on the autism spectrum Benefits: Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses23 days of Paid Time Off, including 9 holidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) plan$750 professional development stipendApple MacBook and iPad providedPersonalized clinical and administrative supportState-of-the-art technology and software for maximizing client outcomesOpportunities for professional collaboration and growthSolely in-clinic services
