The successful candidate will play a key role in performing andrology laboratory procedures, supporting donor screening, and ensuring the highest standards of sample quality and regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities:Perform semen analysis, sperm processing, cryopreservation, and thawing proceduresSupport donor recruitment and screening, including infectious disease and genetic testing coordinationMaintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with FDA and CLIA regulationsMonitor equipment, perform QC/QA checks, and assist with laboratory auditsCollaborate with the medical and laboratory management teams to maintain operational excellenceRequirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Biology, or related fieldPrevious experience in an andrology or reproductive laboratory is desirable but not essentialStrong knowledge of semen analysis and cryopreservation techniquesFamiliarity with FDA regulations for human tissue and donor eligibility Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyDesirable - American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) or ASCP certification or eligibility in addition to membership of the American Society of AndrologyWe offer a collaborative, purpose-driven environment dedicated to advancing reproductive health and helping families grow.Find out more via
