Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, engaging children in educational activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.Make a Difference Every Day!At Amplified L.I.F.E. We utilize the research-based Experience (™) curriculum, which encourages hands-on learning through play and fosters development across seven key domains:Social-Emotional DevelopmentPhysical & Motor SkillsLanguage & LiteracyMathematics & ReasoningScience ExplorationSocial StudiesCreative ArtsOur teachers inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, and help children develop essential life skills in a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement lesson plans that promote early childhood education concepts.Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or varying abilities.Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.Maintain accurate records of each child's growth, behavior, and educational milestones.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.RequirementsHigh School diploma (or equivalent) is required.Experience in caregiving or childcare settings, particularly in preschool or daycare environments.Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.Ability to educate young children through engaging lesson plans and activities.Familiarity with infant care practices is beneficial for working with younger age groups.Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but can be obtained upon hiring.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing them with the foundation they need for lifelong success!
