Your responsibilities will include:Leading surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure Scrubbing in and supporting surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, anticipating needs and maintaining a safe, sterile environment Guiding and mentoring surgical technologists, serving as a role model while training new team members and reinforcing best practices Overseeing quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards Driving teamwork and efficiency through effective communication, rapid problem-solving, and support for on-call and emergency cases What qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateHigh School Graduate / GED(CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified1 years experience Required BenefitsMedical City Las Colinas, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
