Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing various clinical studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and protocols. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for managing study documentation, coordinating study visits, and ensuring the efficient execution of clinical research projects. Responsibilities * Serve as the lead coordinator on clinical studies, ensuring all aspects of the study are executed efficiently. * Conduct follow-up visits for ongoing studies and resolve queries specific to the study. * Perform daily tasks such as document review, data entry, test material preparation, and data collection. * Coordinate and execute projects assigned by the Clinic Manager, adhering to GCP guidelines. * Perform station and instrumentation duties, including the collection and recording of clinical information. * Respond to queries from the Quality Assurance and Statistics departments. * Set up and conduct studies in compliance with protocol, SOPs, applicable regulations, and GCPs. * Prepare for and conduct pre-study meetings and other relevant meetings and processes. * Monitor compliance of panelists with study protocols. * Prepare and manage test materials for studies, ensuring adherence to the study budget. * Complete, organize, and maintain study documentation, including drafting protocol amendments and case report forms. * Ensure staff working on managed studies understand and perform duties according to protocol, SOPs, and GCPs. * Coordinate scheduling of subjects for study visits. * Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Supervisor. Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably with science experience. * Understanding of basic concepts in clinical research. * Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Outgoing, team-oriented, and customer service-oriented. * Organized and proactive, with a willingness to hit the ground running. * Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GCP standards. * Experience working on efficacy and hydration studies, as well as handwashing studies, is beneficial but not required. Work Environment The role involves working in a clinic setting on efficacy and hydration studies, as well as in a micro setting on handwashing studies. The position is part of a third-party cosmetics testing environment, which demands a professional and adaptable approach. The hours are usually M-F 8a-5p but depending on the study you may have to work a 12 hour day or on the weekends. You will need to be flexible with your hours for the study. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
