Palliative Care Physician

St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care physician to join their practice in Fullerton, California This role involves providing exceptional patient and family care within an outpatient setting, focusing on goals of care, advanced care planning, symptoms management, safety net planning and end of life care and referrals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Palliative Care specialty, ensuring comprehensive support for patients. The team is highly collaborative, close-knit, and dedicated to providing compassionate care. Enjoy making a meaningful impact in healthcare while working with a team-oriented group. * Full-time position * Monday to Friday schedule * No call requirements * 36 hours per week: 8-hour days and 1, 4-hour day to start * 60% inpatient and 40% outpatient, could adjust as program matures needing more outpatient support * Experience preferred, open to new graduates * Comprehensive benefits package * Compensation is between $293,912 and $329,798 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
