You'll check in patients, verify paperwork, answer questions, offer refreshments, assist the Registered Nurse (RN), schedule appointments, and process payments - providing elevated, high-touch service with clear, professional communication. Familiarity with POS and scheduling systems is a plus.Schedule: This is a full-time position. Apply today to join Hydration Room as a Wellness Coordinator!Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with and support the RN in providing care to patients in a fast-paced environmentAssist the RN in opening and/or closing the clinic each dayPerform basic administrative, clerical, and technical tasks to coordinate patient careManage phones, including answering calls, returning missed calls from off-hours, and documenting calls in a timely manner, as neededWork with the RN to maintain clinic and nursing supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and recording delivery receiptsLearn and have a basic understanding of provided treatmentsPromote service packages and membershipsMaintain compassion and kindness for all patientsAlways maintain client confidentiality and dignityEnsure a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients by following clinic cleanliness protocolsAssist in the training of new staff membersNotify the Support Center of any facility issues that need addressingDeliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinicPerform other clinic duties as required or assigned by clinic management, the RN, or physicianUphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational GuidelinesRequirements High school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in a high-volume patient or customer service environment1+ year in high-end customer service or boutique hospitality - preferredSchedule flexibility between 8:00am - 8:00pmAvailability to work a minimum of one weekend shift per weekCommitment to work at all listed locationsPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while supporting patients, answering calls, and completing work on a computerAbility to stand for prolonged periods of time if neededMust be able to traverse the entire facilityMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times This job description indicates in general terms, the type and level of work performed as well as the typical responsibilities of employees in this classification.
