This position requires independent work in a mobile environment and reports to the VP of Clinical Operations and VP of Growth & Strategy.Key Responsibilities:Perform spirometry testing in accordance with clinical standards and company protocolsEducate and coach patients to ensure accurate and repeatable test resultsDocument test results accurately and timely within designated systemsObtain and document PCM consents in alignment with program requirementsTravel to multiple nursing home facilities within assigned territory on a daily basisManage and maintain a consistent schedule across 20 to 40 facilitiesBuild positive working relationships with facility staff to enhance collaborationSupport account management and business development efforts with facility partnershipsAssist in identifying opportunities to increase spirometry utilization and PCM enrollmentCommunicate regularly with leadership regarding facility needs, barriers, and opportunitiesEnsure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning properlyTroubleshoot patient or equipment challenges in the field with minimal supervisionMaintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and company policiesCoordinate with internal teams to support seamless patient care and follow-upRepresent the organization professionally across all partner facilitiesRequirementsMinimum Requirements:Current and valid MA Certification or similar licensure OH .Access to insured, reliable transportationPreferred Requirements:1+ yrs spirometry or pulmonary testing experience1+ yrs of experience in SNF, LTC, or geriatric care1+ yrs of experience in a mobile or multi-site clinical roleProfessional Skills:Compassionate ResilienceIntegrity and HumilityInspired InnovationDemonstrate good judgment and problem-solving.Effective planning, communication, and organizational skillsSalary Description $45,000-$52,000
