Schedule and Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Every third Saturday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM 30-minute lunch break Key Responsibilities: Prepare and dispense compounded prescriptions with meticulous attention to sterile and non-sterile medications. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to tailor pharmaceutical care to individual patients. Maintain precise patient records and manage medication inventory efficiently. Provide expert advice and pharmaceutical care to optimize patient health outcomes. Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technician staff. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina. 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates passionate about compounding are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of USP standards 795, 797, and 800 related to compounding practices. Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing. Experience with pharmacy software systems, training on PK (similar to QS1) will be provided.
