About the JobDonor Relations CoordinatorLocation: Surprise, AZPay Rate: $19.44/hr | Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional evenings & weekends for events)Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.1-2 years experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor database preferred.Proficient typing 55-70 wpm, with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software programs is required.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask are required.Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality required.Strong skills including prioritizing deadlines and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a changing environment required.About the Role:Join our mission-driven team as a Donor Relations Coordinator, where you'll provide key administrative support to Benevilla's fundraising and development efforts. Working closely with the Vice President of Donor Relations, this role helps coordinate donor communications, fundraising activities, and event logistics. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and donor engagement, all while contributing to the success of our nonprofit mission.
