Behavior Support & EncouragementImplement behavior plans with care and clarityReinforce positive strategies and track progressHelp students build emotional and social skills? Academic AssistanceSupport smallâgroup learning, reading activities, and classroom engagementAssist with testing and individualized instructionEncourage participation and celebrate growth? Health, Hygiene & Specialized CareProvide essential care such as feeding, toileting, lifting, and mobility supportAssist with specialized medical needs as trainedMaintain a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for every student? Education RequirementsYou"ll qualify if you meet one of the following:60+ college credit hoursAssociate"s degree or higherPassing score on the Missouri ParaPro or Paraprofessional AssessmentCompletion of Missouri"s online Substitute Training ProgramValid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate? Physical RequirementsThis role includes light physical activity and mobility:Ability to operate a motor vehicleLift up to 10 lbs occasionallyWalk or stand for extended periods?
