This opportunity offers a strong compensation structure, excellent work-life balance, and the ability to increase earnings through accelerated hygiene workflows.Ideal for a hygienist who is motivated, efficient, and interested in maximizing productivity while delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stainsConduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessmentsTake and develop dental radiographsApply fluoride and other preventive treatmentsEducate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-treatment careMaintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and chartingSupport the dentist during dental and medical emergencies as neededEnsure proper maintenance and care of dental equipmentMonitor and manage dental supply inventoryStay current with best practices and advancements in dental hygieneQualifications:Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of OhioCPR certification requiredStrong communication and patient care skillsComfortable using modern dental technologyTeam-oriented with a patient-first mindsetOpen to new graduates and experienced providersInterest in or experience with accelerated hygiene workflows preferred
