Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 18 months of recent ICU experience for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Indianapolis, IN.Job Details• Night shift hours: 7p-7:30a (3x12),• Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday), plus two rotating weekdays,• Float between multiple hospital campuses and affiliate locations,• Cerner EMR; charting experience required,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Current RRT credential issued by the NBRC,• Active Indiana or Compact respiratory therapy license required if applicable,• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; AHA and RQI formats accepted,• Minimum 18 months of recent ICU experience required (2 years preferred),• Education must be from a program accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA,• Cerner charting experience required,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays,• Up to 5 days of RTO may be approved during the contract,• Former permanent or PRN employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 12 months before applying as a traveler,• Local candidates are not accepted for this position,• Candidates must confirm in writing prior to consideration that they are comfortable with the every other weekend requirement,• Any perm or PRN employee of IU Health must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler
