Role Structure This is a primarily outpatient role with a structured five-day workweek, complemented by shared inpatient responsibilities, including hospital rounding and consultations. Key Responsibilities Evaluation of new urology patientsFollow-up care for established patientsManagement of a wide range of general urologic conditionsShared inpatient rounding responsibilitiesCoordination of care between hospital and clinic settingsProviders typically see 20+ patients per day, with a balanced mix of new and follow-up visits.No call responsibilitiesClinic hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PMDedicated medical assistant assigned to each providerThis structure supports an efficient workflow and promotes strong work life balance.
