June DAY SHIFTS 1, 2, 11, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 29, 30 July Day Shifts:1, 6, 9, 11, 12 24, 27 Night Shifts: August (Flexible Buy-In) August , Days or nights TBD closer to dates Ongoing August & Beyond Shifts TBDWill work around locum availability as much as possibleMinimum commitment: at least one coverage stint per month Practice Details Setting: Inpatient ICU / Critical CarePatient Population: AdultAverage Census: 13 patients/day (range 1 20)APP Role: Working autonomously ️ Key Responsibilities Vent management (with RT support) Monitoring and managing critically ill patients ️ Assisting with decompensating patients (including overnight) Admitting ICU patients from:EDHospital floorsSurrounding hospitals Communicating with families and discussing goals of care ️ Procedures Required (MUST BE COMFORTABLE) Central Venous Lines (CVLs) Arterial lines Hemodialysis catheters Technology EMR: EPIC ️ Credentialing FAST turnaround: 2 4 weeks READY TO MOVE QUICKLY?
