Medical Device Assembler

Summary: Regular schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime available on Friday and Saturday for volunteers Location: MN Only Responsibilities: Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices under close supervision Ensure job documentation for operations and functions is accurate and up to date Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing management Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues Support divisional initiatives and regulatory requirements Requirements: Medical assembly experience required Non-exempt position English 7th grade reading and comprehension level Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages Ability to prioritize work and handle small components High school degree or equivalent preferred Adherence to strict dress code and personal grooming standards Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision AXEL01
