Ability to structure days to maximize productivity.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Board-Certified Endodontist to join a well-established and growing practice in the Downers Grove, IL area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a productive environment with a strong referral network and consistent case volume.The ideal candidate is a highly skilled clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional endodontic care and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.Practice Environment: Established referral base with strong internal and external case flow. Modern clinical setting with advanced technology (CBCT, digital imaging, surgical microscopes). Supportive and experienced clinical team. Efficient scheduling designed to support high production. Clinical autonomy in treatment planning and case execution.Key Responsibilities: Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and endodontic surgical procedures. Diagnose and treat conditions related to the dental pulp and surrounding tissues. Utilize advanced imaging technology, including CBCT, for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with referring dentists and internal providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on treatment options and post-operative care. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program. Board-Certified Endodontist (required). Active Illinois dental license or ability to obtain. Strong clinical and surgical endodontic skills.
