This BCBA role supports children and families through high-quality ABA therapy in a collaborative, clinic-based environment. Responsibilities * BCBA Responsibilities * Conduct behavioral and functional assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools) * Develop individualized, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive treatment goals * Design behavior intervention and behavior support plans based on assessment data * Implement and oversee data collection systems to support data-driven decision making * Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) * Complete RBT competency assessments per organizational policy timelines * Provide parent training and ongoing consultation * Complete reassessments and clinical reports in accordance with insurance guidelines * Participate in regular clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration * Provide a minimum of 28 hours per week of direct patient care * Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing * Maintain current CAQH profile and NPI * Complete required internal training, including telehealth training * Adhere strictly to BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code * Remain current on ABA research and evidence-based practices * Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications * BCBA Qualifications * Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure * Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum * Experience supervising RBTs preferred
