Details Client NameRochester General Hospital - Aya Job TypeTravel OfferingNursing ProfessionLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) SpecialtyMed Surg Job ID36405551 Job TitleLPN - Med Surg Weekly Pay$1137.5 Shift Details ShiftRotating - 3 x 12 Scheduled Hours36 Job Order Details Start Date04/28/2026 End Date07/28/2026 Duration13 Week(s) Job Description Title: LPN - Medical-Surgical Schedule: - Shift: Rotating shifts (7a-7p / 7p-7a) - Weekend requirement: Every other weekend - Holiday requirement: Available every other holiday, if needed Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 13 weeks Requirements: - Active New York Single-State LPN license (pending licenses not accepted) - Minimum 1 year relevant experience in acute care within the last 2 years - EPIC charting experience required - Required certifications: BLS Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric medical patients. - Monitor vital signs and assess patient pain levels. - Administer medications via oral, IM, SQ, and other routes, including NG/G-tube. - Perform basic respiratory support and IV therapy. - Conduct telemetry monitoring and obtain 12-lead EKGs. - Maintain and care for feeding tubes and catheters, and perform simple wound care.
