Provide in-person mental health services to youth, including individual, group, and family therapyConduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling using trauma-informed approachesDevelop, maintain, and update safety plans as neededSupport youth through placement transitions and adjustment periodsFacilitate family therapy and psychoeducational groupsAssist with conflict resolution and recommend interventions to support placement stabilityParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute clinical input to service plansCoordinate care with internal teams and external providers, including medical and referral partnersMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and client recordsManage caseloads and follow up on missed appointmentsEnsure confidentiality and adherence to professional and ethical standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
