The Administrator serves as a member of the Executive Team, helping to set the strategic direction of IBHS. Ensures the work of IBHS department reflect the organization's mission and values including Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging (EIDB).***Schedule: Mon-Fri, no weekend work!COMPETITIVE BENEFTIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:Pay range is between $140,500 to $186,100 annually. Can increase based on experience.ACRS pays 100% for employee only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Wellness leave hour amount is subject to proration based on the calendar month of hiring.13 paid holidays annually.IT equipment provided, with telecommuting reimbursement available.403b Retirement Savings Account eligibility.Simplified Employee Pension available after 2 years.Employee Assistance Program.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Oversees clinical and administrative operations of the IBHS department to ensure effective, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Ensures program compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, licensing requirements, contracts, agency policies and procedures, and all other regulations, requirements, and standards as required. Responsible for overseeing financial activities and managing department budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenses, and reporting financial status.Builds and maintains workflows that support accurate clinical documentation, meet reporting requirements and support data driven clinical decision-making based in evidence-based practices and client quality outcome metrics. Monitors program performance and client outcomes, identifies and works to mitigate client risk and uses data to inform continuous quality improvement efforts. Leads and supports implementation of program and organizational changes to maintain alignment with regulatory, operational, and strategic priorities.Provides leadership and supervision to the Medical Director, Director of Children's Mental Health, Director of Recovery Services, and Clinical Director of Adult Mental Health to support effective service delivery and adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining qualified staff to meet IBHS program goals and contractual expectations. Supports employee engagement, retention, and professional growth through coaching, training, and performance management practices aligned with agency standards. Ensures timely review and approval of staff timesheets to maintain accurate payroll-related records in accordance with agency procedures.Leads the clinical direction for the agency, through integration of CCBHC community needs assessment, promotion of behavioral health best practices and working with clinical leaders to address areas of improvement and/or service gaps across the continuum of services at ACRS. Cultivates thorough understanding of Washington's CCBHC model and develops relationships with other CCBHCs regionally. Develops and maintains relationships with community partners that strengthen areas of practice and work to ensure community needs are met.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience:Master's degree in Behavioral Health field and a Mental Health Professional standing with at least seven (7) years of experience in mental health services; ANDMust have an active license as a Mental Health Professional preferrably in Washington State ANDAt least 5 years' experience in senior leadership roles in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Experience working in a CCBHC or FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) setting strongly preferredExperience working with individuals experiencing serious mental health conditions, including familiarity with behavioral health needs of Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander communities.Cultural Humility: Ability to provide effective and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse cultural beliefs and practices. Knowledge and Skills:Demonstrates a recovery-oriented framework and knowledge of trauma-informed care.Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, training, written, and verbal communications skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize deadlines, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.Fluency in one or more Asian and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander language preferred.Knowledge of change management principles, including communicating change, engaging stakeholders, and supporting successful transitions.Technical Skills:Effective ability to navigate a computer. Competency in use of the Microsoft Office and other relevant software for word processing, calendaring, e-mail, and spreadsheet data entry. Efficiently research and perform various tasks via the internet.Additional Requirements:Availability to work varied hours, including occasionally evenings and weekends if needed.Must have reliable transportation. If using a personal or agency vehicle to fulfill job duties, must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under ACRS's auto policy. If using personal vehicle, must have current auto insurance. Follows all agency policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. WORKING CONDITIONS: The position requires regular mobility within the office or workspace, may involve sitting for extended periods throughout the day and the ability to handle objects, tools, or controls. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds may be required. Involves tasks where visual acuity is beneficial. This position is hybrid, with work divided between on-site and remote locations. Approximately 80% of the work will be conducted on-site or in-person, while the remaining 20% may be performed remotely (telecommuting). These hybrid work expectations are subject to change at the agency's discretion.
