Details Client NameBIDMC Job TypeTravel OfferingAllied ProfessionRadiology SpecialtyMRI Tech Job ID35823076 Job TitleRadiology - MRI Tech Weekly Pay$2731.0 Shift Details ShiftDays - 3 x 12 Scheduled Hours36 Job Order Details Start Date04/27/2026 End Date07/27/2026 Duration13 Week(s) Job Description Title MRI Technologist - Cardiac Schedule Shift: 12H Day Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly Requirements - At least 2 years related work experience required - BLS-AHA certification - ARRT certification - Proficient with cardiac procedures - Epic experience - Experience with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners - Flu vaccine required prior to start Roles & Responsibilities - Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations, ensuring optimal demonstration of the body part under study. - Screen patients for ferrous metal implants and select appropriate pulse sequences for scanning procedures. - Evaluate and manipulate images for quality, sending completed exams to the PACS system. - Address patients' physical and psychological needs while explaining procedures clearly. - Start intravenous lines for patients requiring contrast and monitor for any adverse reactions. - Participate in teaching programs for technical students and assist in their clinical evaluations. Compliance / Notes - Must provide dates and times available for interview at submission. - All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission. - No local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 miles from the facility). - Candidates who have worked at any BILH facility within the last six months will not be considered.
