Required Skills: Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in critical care or emergency/traumaProven ICU or critical care experience, including ventilator managementProficient in placing CVLs, HD catheters, and arterial linesAbility to work autonomously with confidence in fast-paced environmentsStrong critical thinking and clinical assessment skillsExcellent communication skills for updating families and multidisciplinary teamsNice to Have Skills: Experience working with EPIC EMR systemExperience managing adult critically ill patientsAbility to work night shifts and adapt to varied schedulesBLS/ACLS certificationPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience as a Nurse PractitionerPrior experience working in hospital inpatient settings with adult patientsOther Requirements: Ability to travel and cover at least one shift per monthCredentialing completion within 2-4 weeksCurrent certifications in ACLS and BLSFlexibility to work on scheduled days and nights, including weekends, based on facility needsEarn competitive hourly pay, with flexible scheduling that fits your availability.
