This role involves managing complex schedules, project deadlines, data reporting, budgeting, supplier management, internal communications, and other coordinator duties. The individual will work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of various initiatives. Responsibilities: * Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics for meetings, learning center programs, and departmental events while anticipating conflicts and solving problems. * Oversee supplier and vendor management for the Corporate Responsibility and Learning teams, including processing and reconciling transactions. * Track and manage budgets for all team cost centers and Employee Resource Groups. * Handle payments management and tracking for Corporate Responsibility and Learning activities, including grant payments, sponsorships, and vendor payments. * Provide logistics and planning support for the UNITE Conference from conception to execution. * Coordinate logistics, catering, classroom materials, and employee experience for Learning Center activities at the Stamford, CT campus. * Partner with meeting owners to bring event visions to life, offering best practices and recommendations. * Collaborate with the Stamford Hub Events Team to enhance employee and event experiences across the campus. * Lead and manage volunteer initiatives for corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. * Support the Synchrony Foundation, including board meetings and activities. * Coordinate team activities and meetings, including planning on-site and off-site events and managing vendors. * Ensure accurate documentation and materials are prepared for meetings and calls. * Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and handling special projects. * Provide administrative support for senior executives, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management. Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in a coordinator or executive administrative role. * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience working with senior executives and interfacing with senior leadership. * Associates or Bachelor's Degree (preferred). * Experience coordinating large-scale events and managing vendors. * Human Resources experience (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with minimal supervision. * Dedicated, flexible, and dependable team player. * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and self-confidence. * Clear, concise, and articulate communication skills (verbal and written).
