Be part of a legacy of excellence and growth with sg360°! We are seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to support our Shipping & Receiving and production teams. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring the accurate flow of shipping documentation, timely communication across departments, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound materials.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact at the Shipping & Receiving desk, handling phones and visitor inquiries Verify incoming materials, including auditing packing lists and shipping documents for accuracy Assist with tracking lost shipments and processing damage claims Communicate shipping and receiving activities with internal departments Distribute traffic and shipping documentation in a timely manner Maintain organized files and departmental records Prepare and review shipping documents for outbound shipments Track incoming shipments to ensure on-time delivery Create packing labels and pressroom flags for manufacturing Assist with routing local drivers efficiently Support warehouse security and documentation compliance Maintain accurate inventory records Assist in onboarding and training new team members Complete additional duties as assigned RequirementsQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to read and interpret shipping and logistics documents Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED required 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or office experience required Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping & receiving environment is a plus Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods (up to a full workday) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis Additional InformationMinimal local travel may be required for meetings or training.sg360° does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
