If you bring both clinical rigor and genuine care to your work, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.About the Role This is a full-time, salaried position focused on supporting and conducting high-quality clinical assessments while contributing to strong foundational care for clients.You will play a key role in shaping treatment direction through detailed assessment work, collaboration, and clinical insight.Schedule: Monday through Friday during regular business hours Work Expectation: 40-hour work weekRoles and Responsibilities As an Assessment Specialist, you will:Maintain a consistent 40-hour work week Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and clinical goals Support timely and accurate submission of clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality assessment practices Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure compliance with all internal and external standards Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on business needsThis role is designed for someone who values structure, accuracy, and collaboration, and who understands that strong assessments are the foundation of effective care.RequirementsEducation and Credentials Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field BCBA preferred Minimum requirement: BCBA student in the final year of coursework and 1 year of relevant experienceWhat We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who brings both skill and mindset to the role:Detail-oriented: You produce thorough, accurate, and thoughtful work Collaborative: You work well with interdisciplinary teams Reliable: You manage your time and responsibilities with consistency Ethical: You uphold the highest standards of professional conduct Growth-minded: You are committed to developing your clinical skillsBenefitsCompensation: $65,000 to $75,000 annuallyPaid Time Off (PTO) Includes vacation or personal time and sick time Accrual up to 80 hours per calendar year Additional details available in the Employee HandbookHealth and Financial Benefits Medical and dental coverage available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment Eligibility for 401k plan after six months of employmentAll benefits are subject to plan terms and may be modified by the CompanyWhy Join Us This role offers more than just a paycheck.
