You'll guide candidates from first contact through handoff to procurement, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive onboarding experience. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. this is located in Grand Rapids MI, day shift hours Monday-Friday. What You'll Do Contact prospective Independent Contractors and explain onboarding steps, requirements, and timelines Collect and track required documentation while keeping candidate records up to date Schedule onboarding calls and coordinate training or compliance reviews Maintain real-time pipeline updates and follow up on missing items Prepare completed candidate files for handoff to the procurement team Support onboarding communications, templates, and administrative tasks Job Requirements: Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with Independent Contractors Ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment
