For our corporate team members, whether you work in a hybrid schedule at our Houston BedQuarters (BQ) or are fully remote, we trust you with the freedom to decide how best to contribute and collaborate in your role.Job Details:The part-time Lease Administration Coordinator is responsible for going into the office daily to retrieve, scan, log, and file all hard copy mail that is received for the Lease Admin department. They are also responsible for mailing any checks for the Lease Admin team and pulling any necessary data from the hard copy lease files. Essential Responsibilities Goes into office daily to retrieve, open, and scan all hard copy mail received at Bedquarters.Mails all checks for Lease Admin department.Codes and gives to Treasury all checks received from vendors for Lease Admin department.Scans all triple net reconciliations to shared drive folder for team members to enter into business system (Lucernex).Scans all Default and Demand notices, uploads them to Lucernex and informs Manager, Lease Admin.Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.Non-Essential Responsibilities Supports non-local team by pulling any needed hard copy lease files and retrieving, scanning, and emailing any necessary documents to them.Assists all of Lease Admin and Lease Compliance by sending out any legal notices, as needed.Acts as backup for other Lease Admin Coordinator when they are out.Assist with any projects, as needed.Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.Education High School diploma or equivalent requiredProfessional Experience 2+ Years administrative experience or data entry preferredSkills List Ability to communicate effectively to peers, leaders, and vendors.High level ability to read and comprehend notices, emails, and documents.High level ability to email, scan, upload, and mail documents and correspondence.Competencies &Knowledge Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and basic ExcelPhysical Demands & Office Environment Standing occasionallyWalking occasionallyTalking frequentlyHearing frequentlyUsage of hands and fingersReaching with hands and armsOccasionally working aloneBenefits Included:Excellent career growth opportunities through on-the-job training and development programs401(k) with employer matchingMental health and life resourcesMedical, dental, prescription, and vision plansGet paid on-demandBase pay or uncapped commissionEmployee discounts on Mattress Firm sleep products and accessoriesCompensation:Competitive pay range of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour * depending on qualifications and experience.
