Welcome to Bosch!Job DescriptionJob Overview Leading a team in the warehouse, ensuring training, and personal development within your shift.Manage warehouse staff, materials and equipment assigned to the different process in the warehouse (receiving, storage, put away, picking and shipping.Ensure knowledge and adherence to the warehouse and plant standards.Analyze deviations in the processes, KPI's and / or standards within the area of responsibility, ensuring the deviations are properly escalated to shift supervisor.Responsible for managingteam members in the shift.Train team in standardized work.Support internal departments in tasks.Other dutiesQualifications• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.• Possess a high school diploma or GED.• Successfully complete Company's powered industrial equipment certification program• Capable of operating various types of powered industrial equipment.• Demonstrate basic computer skills.
