DescriptionDirect Supervisor: Department ChairFTE: 100%Appointment Type: Tenure-trackTitle/Rank: Associate Professor or Assistant ProfessorPrimary Location: OU Health Campus in Oklahoma City, OKPrimary Responsibilities:Include research and teaching in the Rehabilitation Sciences (RS) Department, including chairing and serving on dissertation committees, graduate course instruction, mentorship to professional, graduate, and post-professional students, and conducting extramurally funded research. The successful candidate will devote approximately 70% effort to research, with expectations to develop and sustain an externally funded research program aligned with the Department's mission and NIH or equivalent funding priorities.Position will contribute to the strategic growth of RS research within OU Health's integrated academic medical system and advance the RS PhD program through leadership, mentoring, and development of externally funded collaborative research.Research/Scholarship:Establish an organized, viable, and funded research agenda using internal and external collaborations and resources.
