Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania - Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Case ManagerLocation: Lehigh Valley, PA (ZIP Code 19518 and surrounding areas)Schedule: Full-Time | No Nights, No WeekendsPosition SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary hospice team serving the Lehigh Valley area.
