Hours per week: 36.00Hours per day: 12.00Days per week: 3.00Shift Time: Shift is 630a - 1900, call is week night 7p - 630a, and weekends Fri 7p - Mon 630a. Number of call shifts is APPROX. 4-6 shifts per 6 week schedule. Every 12th weekend.Location: 2799 W GRAND BLVD, HFOHFH, Detroit, Michigan, 48202Schedule Notes: Intra-procedure MUST HAVE cath lab experience MUST HAVE ICU experience NICE TO HAVE complex PCI, structural, and mechanical circulatory support IABP, Impella, ECMOJob Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.Required Skills & Experience• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities are necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).Required Certification & Licensure• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.• BLS• Registered NurseRequired Skills : Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : The candidate must be on HonorVet's W2.
