Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Wilmington, DE

A full-time behavioral case manager position is available for the 26/27 school year at a school located in Wilmington, DE. This role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification who is passionate about supporting high school-aged students through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 10-20 students, with a primary focus on the implementation of behavioral plans. The BCBA will take over the responsibility of conducting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) from the school psychologist. This role requires direct support for students, as well as instructing teachers on the proper implementation of behavioral strategies to ensure student success. Key Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification Experience working in school settings, preferably with high school-aged students Ability to implement and oversee behavioral interventions effectively Skilled in instructing and collaborating with educational staff Strong case management skills, capable of managing a caseload of 10-20 students This full-time contract position requires availability for approximately 35-40 hours per week throughout the school year.
