Clinical Educator

The Nursing Professional Practice team is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join the team! **Position Summary:** The clinical nurse educator is responsible for maintaining expertise in various clinical practice settings and is able to function autonomously and in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members. + Promotes evidenced-based practice and quality care by participating in performance improvement activities, development of nursing staff and clinical practice. + Serves as a resource and role model and exemplifies the mission, vision and values of Rush Copley and in accordance with policies and procedures. + Responsible for planning and implementing staff orientation, in-service education and staff development for the department. **Position Requirements:** + Must be licensed and currently registered to practice as a RN in the State of IL. + Education: Graduate degree required (MSN). + Certifications: American Heart Association CPR required.
