A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available in Elk Grove, CA, supporting a diverse student population from TK through 5th grade. This contract position extends through the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, including summer school, with potential to continue into the next school year. Working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, you will join a dedicated district psychological services team. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, managing biennial and triennial assessments, and performing standard school psychology duties. Your caseload will primarily involve TK/K special day classrooms, learning support classrooms, and moderate special day classrooms, providing comprehensive psychological services tailored to varied educational needs. Ideal candidates will hold a CA State Licensure in School Psychology or a Clear PPS Credential and demonstrate strong skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential to work closely with educators, families, and other support staff. Reliable transportation is necessary for fulfilling position requirements.
